About us

The energy and climate landscape is evolving rapidly and cross-sector efforts to drive action must change with it.

Constructive is an independent nonprofit designed to reshape how we collaborate — aligning actors and actions toward energy abundance and a thriving planet.

Rooted in proven ecosystem development models pioneered at Bloomberg, CERAweek, and the U.S. Department of Energy, Constructive creates cross-sector engagement platforms that move markets. Weaving together events, dialogues, roadmaps, reports, coalitions, strategy, and storytelling, we build on existing efforts to foster high-impact deals and initiatives. We combine expert facilitation, human-centered design, and world-class production with a collaboration-first, nonpartisan approach to build trust, ensure analytical rigor, and unlock the powerful collective intelligence of the energy and climate ecosystem.
