Josh manages delivery of Constructive's UK Pathways to Commercialisation program, accelerating clean energy projects toward commercial investment by aligning public policy, private capital, and industry. A former advisor to Prime Minister Mark Carney, Josh spent five years working across government on the development and delivery of several major pillars of Canada's Emissions Reduction Plan. He brings a distinctive cross-sector perspective, combining hands-on experience in climate and energy policy with market insight to help unlock investment in clean energy and emerging technologies. Originally from a small town in Canada and now based in London, he holds an MSc in Sustainability, Enterprise and the Environment from the University of Oxford and a BA in Environment and Health from Western University. In his spare time, you'll find Josh training for his next triathlon.
