Hadia Sheerazi

Hadia supports programming strategy, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement for our U.S. Programs. An interdisciplinary researcher-practitioner, she brings deep technical expertise in leveraging systems thinking on building the political, regulatory, and community support needed to move billion-dollar critical infrastructure projects toward bankability and on-time deployment through meaningful stakeholder engagement and benefits that reflect local needs and socio-economic priorities. Hadia has served on expert committees and working groups convened by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering & Medicine, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the NYC Panel on Climate Change. Her work has been recognized by the Clean Energy Ministerial, the White House Council on Women and Girls, the United Nations, the Financial Times, and Yahoo! Finance. She holds a dual MSc from Columbia University and a BA from St. John’s University. A proud New Yorker, Hadia enjoys exploring the waterfront, watching The Great British Bake Off, volunteering, and reading on her favorite park bench.
