Louise is a former Senior Consultant at the U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office, where she led the Innovative Grid DeploymentLiftoff report and co-authored the Virtual Power Plantsreport update, as well as coordinating the inaugural Deploy summit. Previously she was a consultant with Bain & Company and the Environmental Defense Fund. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
