Eli Bashevkin

Eli is an engineering and strategy leader developing partnership and programming strategy for CATALYZE, our flagship summit with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Previously, he assessed commercial potential and scalability of demonstration projects at the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) to inform investment decisions across the office's $20+ billion portfolio. Before DOE, Eli held engineering leadership roles in advanced nuclear and battery energy storage, building on seven years at SpaceX leading development of the Falcon 9 Second Stage through multiple block upgrades, launch cadence scale-up, and NASA human spaceflight certification.
