Emily is the Director of Strategy and Operations, leading Constructive’s cross-program planning, coordination, and execution. Before Constructive, Emily led a multi-year program for carbon dioxide removal startups at RMI’s accelerator Third Derivative. She started her career as a consultant with BCG before moving into climate tech while in graduate school. Emily holds a Bachelor of Engineering in environmental engineering from Dartmouth and an MBA and MS in Environment & Resources from Stanford.
